    Thanks for the reply. It makes sense when you break it down like that. I don’t think I could do a keto diet with such high fat levels, so I’m going to check out what you do. And I will talk to my dietician. I think a meal replacement diet is a bit of a cop out! Doesn’t take a lot of work on their behalf to come up with does it?
