    To make this transition, you need to dramatically decrease your carb intake to below 50g per day — with some people going as low as 20-30g of carbs per day.
    Though alcohol should be restricted, enjoying a low-carb drink like vodka or tequila mixed with soda water is perfectly fine on occasion.

    Nope there’s no sugar in the one I used. I used a Great Value frozen patty. You can also buy a roll and make your own. Jimmy dean spicy sausage is pretty good

    Anecdotally, once some people become keto-adapted, they feel satiated on fewer calories – which results in easier weight loss.
    Almost all commercially produced mayo has sugar added (WHY!?) among other crap ingredients. Good mayo is just oil, egg, acid (vinegar or lemon juice) and salt, so perfectly in line with the dietary guidelines for keto or paleo etc. It only takes 30 seconds to make you own and I haven’t gone back since I learned that, but check out Primal Kitchen if you want to buy a better quality version. Mayo represent.

    We’re going full on fats with breakfast, just like we did last week. This time we’ll double the amount of ketoproof coffee (or tea) we drink, meaning we double the amount of coconut oil, butter, and heavy cream. It should come to quite a lot of calories, and should definitely keep us full all the way to dinner. Remember to continue drinking water like a fiend to make sure you’re staying hydrated.
